CHAPTER 6: RUSSIA & MONGOLIA
We crossed a lot of ground in this part of our journey!
After a very memorable border crossing from Georgia into Russia, we had a quick stop off in Volgograd before an epic 48hour journey to get us to Moscow. A few days there to see the sights, then it was onto the Trans-Mongolian train for a four day train journey to Irkutsk to visit the biggest fresh water lake in the world, Lake Baikal.
Back on the train, it was another 36 hour journey to our next destination...Mongolia, where we spent weeks exploring the vast landscapes across the country.

CHAPTER 5: GEORGIA
We spent two weeks in Georgia, exploring the historic crumbling streets of Tbilisi, riding horses for 3 days through the beautiful mountain villages of Svaneti and managed to fit in a detour to the old mining town of Chiatura; where ancient cable cars are still used as transport for the locals of the town. Our last stop was beautiful Kasbegi before crossing the border to continue north to Russia.

CHAPTER 4: GREECE & TURKEY
Its been a challenge to fit everything into Chapter 4. Meteora in Greece set the bar high with ethereal landscapes, followed by six jam packed weeks in Turkey.
We had the joy of Kelvin visiting us for some fun in Istanbul before heading out to explore the rest of Turkey, from the glistening beaches of the Turquoise coast in the West, the plethora of ruins to explore, and the otherworldly landscapes of Eastern Turkey. We had fun making this one so hope you enjoy it too!

CHAPTER 3: AUSTRIA TO ALBANIA
After our weeks in Prague, we felt like the journey had really begin when we jumped on the train to Vienna. Emma's parents and sister Jacinta were along for the ride up to Hungary, then we were off on our own from there.
Its been a hectic month, through 7 countries (Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia, Kosovo, Macedonia & Albania) on trains and busses, moving every few days onto the next destination. We've met some beautiful people along way, and learnt loads about these fascinating countries. Albania was an unplanned addition to the trip, and ended up being an unexpected highlight, a destination we're pretty sure will be on everyones hit lists in the next few years.

CHAPTER 2: CZECH REPUBLIC & POLAND
The plan was to spend the first few weeks of our life away from London in Prague, chilling and planning for the rest of our trip. Seems neither of us are very good at sitting still though, so after about a week and a half we got itchy feet and hit the road again to discover a bit more of the Czech Republic, then head off to Poland for a week in Wroclaw and Krakow.
Before we knew it, we only had a few days before everyone was arriving for the wedding. We had an amazing day, thanks to everyone who came to celebrate with us and to everyone else who sent us their love and thoughts on the day... I can't say I ever thought I'd be walking around in a wedding dress on Charles Bridge in the centre of Prague!

CHAPTER 1: LONDON, BERLIN & PRAGUE
The journey has begun! After a few hectic weeks of packing our lives into 23 boxes that are now on their way to Albury, we jumped on our first train out of Kings Cross, London. First stop Cologne, Germany, then a week in Berlin and now for a few weeks hanging in Prague. Thanks to Katch for seeing us off, Pablo for the room in Berlin, and Emilia for beers along the canal and an almost rooftop sunset view.
OTHER VIDEOS
ICELAND
In November, we headed off to Iceland to circumnavigate the country's loop road. We used our iPhone Time-lapse feature to compile the 10 day trip. It wasn't planned - we just thought it'd be a cool thing to do on the way. Enjoy!
SOCOTRA ISLAND, YEMEN
Pete took a trip to Socotra Island in Yemen in February 2010 to visit this little-known island off the coast of the Arabic Peninsula. It was incredible to say the least - it's the most mystical, beautiful and diverse place he's ever visited.
4 DAYS IN JORDAN
How can one spend a mere 4 days in one of the most historic epicentres of our world? Jordan contains a dizzying mix of culture and history, brought together in some of the warmest hospitality i've experienced anywhere in the middle east.
With two days in Petra, one in Wadi Rum and the other day spread across various castles (and a few very early morning hours in Amman), it's criminal to visit Jordan for anything less than a week. It's like walking through an armchair-traveller documentary - one sees, but there can be no understanding. So this is a snapshot - think of it as a moving photograph which summarises my too brief visit to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. I hope it's at the very least a launchpad to inspiration and wonder at what the world contains.

A WEEKEND HOME, PRAGUE
I've visited Prague many times. This was different. I felt a deep connection with the life of the city, and so I thought to capture the city in motion - the way I saw and felt it.
